Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Captain Raaj Store (soon to become Maayan Comics). This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


What We Ship

We currently ship:

  • Printed comic books

  • Comic bundles and collector editions

  • Future merchandise including apparel and collectibles


Shipping Locations

India

We currently ship across all states in India.

International Shipping

We currently support international shipping through manual requests.

Customers from outside India (including UAE and the U.S.) can contact us directly through our official social media handles or contact number provided on our social pages to place international orders.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Once dispatched:

  • Delivery within Kerala usually takes 3–5 working days

  • Delivery across the rest of India may take 3–7 working days depending on the location

  • International deliveries may take approximately 6+ working days after dispatch depending on the destination country and customs clearance

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are opened only after a comic issue enters the printing stage.

Estimated delivery timeline for pre-orders is approximately 15–30 days depending on production and logistics timelines.

Customers will be informed regarding expected delivery schedules during the pre-order phase.


Shipping Charges

As part of our Early Bird Launch Offer, we are currently providing free shipping across India.

This promotional offer is expected to continue until the end of May 2026.

In the future, products may either:

  • include shipping within the listed price, or

  • have shipping charges calculated separately at checkout depending on the product and destination.

There are currently no hidden shipping charges for domestic orders during the offer period.


Shipping Partners

We currently ship orders primarily through India Post.

As order volumes grow, we may expand to additional logistics partners including Shiprocket and other premium courier services.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • incomplete address,

  • unavailable recipient,

  • or incorrect contact information provided by the customer,

additional re-shipping charges may apply.

If the delivery issue occurs due to an error from our side, we will fully cover the re-shipping cost.


Damaged Orders & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Please email us at connect@maayancomics.com with:

  • your order number,

  • clear photographs of the damaged package/product,

  • and a brief description of the issue.

Eligible damaged orders will receive a replacement copy based on availability.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

We are actively working on enabling COD services and expect to introduce it in the near future.

At present, all orders must be completed through prepaid payment methods available at checkout.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Customers will receive:

  • an order confirmation email after successful payment

  • a shipment confirmation email/message with tracking details once dispatched
