Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Captain Raaj Store, soon to become Maayan Comics. We take great care in packing and shipping every order so that your comics reach you safely.
This policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled.
Returns
Due to the nature of printed comic books and collectibles, we currently do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

change of mind,
-
ordering the wrong issue,
-
no longer wanting the product,
-
minor handling marks caused during normal shipping,

or personal preference after receiving the product.
Please check all product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will help resolve the issue.
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please email us at connect@maayancomics.com with:

your order number,
-
clear photos of the damaged item or wrong product,
-
clear photos of the outer packaging,
-
and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement wherever applicable.
Replacement Policy
Eligible damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced based on product availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer:

a replacement with another available product,
-
store credit,
-
or a refund, depending on the situation.
Replacement approval is at the discretion of Maayan Comics after reviewing the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for successfully delivered orders.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

the order cannot be fulfilled,
-
the product is unavailable after payment,
-
a replacement is not possible for a verified damaged/wrong item,
-
or the order cannot be dispatched due to an issue from our side.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Pre-Order Refunds & Cancellations
Pre-orders are opened only after the comic issue enters the printing stage.
Since pre-order quantities are planned based on confirmed customer interest, cancellation or refund requests for pre-orders may not be accepted once production or dispatch preparation has started.
If there is a major delay or if we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, customers will be informed and eligible refunds may be processed.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout.
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information, re-shipping charges may apply.
If the delivery issue is caused by an error from our side, we will cover the re-shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Printed comic books after delivery

Opened or used collector editions

Sale or promotional items
-
Gift cards, if introduced in the future

Custom, signed, or personalized products
